Refund Policy

Effective July 22, 2026 · Preview draft

No payment exists in the preview

The current site cannot charge anyone. The ceremony is a simulation and the displayed certificate is generated locally at no cost.

Planned policy for live personalized work

Before checkout launches, each tier will state when automated fulfillment begins. Customers will be encouraged to review the amount, spelling, dedication, visibility choice, and deliverables carefully. Requests received before personalized generation begins are expected to be eligible for cancellation. Once custom digital work has been generated or delivered, a change-of-mind refund may be limited where applicable law allows.

Problems the Bureau will correct

Duplicate charges, confirmed unauthorized charges, a failure to deliver, a materially defective artifact, or an artifact that does not match the purchased tier will be investigated. When appropriate, the Bureau may regenerate or correct the artifact, restore access, or issue a full or partial refund. These remedies do not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights.

How to request help

The final process will require the order reference, purchaser email, a concise description of the problem, and any useful screenshot. Customers should never email complete card numbers, passwords, or government identification. No purchase is possible in this showcase; questions about the preview can be sent to hello@corycape.com.

Timing and processor handling

The final policy will publish a response target and explain that approved refunds may take additional business days to appear, depending on the payment processor and card issuer. The Bureau will not ask customers to withdraw a legitimate dispute as a condition of support. Chargeback evidence, if required, will be limited to accurate order and fulfillment records.

Local rights come first

Digital-content cancellation and refund rights vary by location. Nothing in this draft excludes rights that cannot legally be waived. The production policy must be reviewed against the jurisdictions where sales are offered before payments are enabled. Until then, the safest and only available transaction is the $0 preview.
